Dr. Tamika Lindsey - Region 2 Regional Sponsor of the Year

Our Region 2 recipient of the Regional Sponsor of the Year Award is Dr. Tamika Williams. Dr. Williams has been teaching for 22 years, and her advice for MAT members is that they should, "learn as much as they can about mathematics…a strong math student translates into many future opportunities in their careers and in academia." When she isn't teaching Algebra 2 (her favorite!), Dr. Williams loves eating at The Cheesecake Factory and playing the violin.
