Remember that EVERY PERSON attending the convention must have a Student Participation Policies, Medical Release Form with insurance, Video/Photo/Media Release Form, and Code of Conduct Form in the National Office, postmarked no later than May 1, with the chapter's Final Registration form and rooming spreadsheet.
